The Road & Bridge Clerk works under the supervision of the Road & Bridge Supervisor as well as the Board of County Commissioners.
Working Hours are 6 a.
m.
to 4 p.
m.
Monday through Thursday.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Answering telephones, taking messages and helping customer.
Tracking daily time, mileage, and materials.
Recording fuel usage and department breakdowns.
Preparing claim forms and maintaining budget records.
MSHA reports and notifications along with quarterly mine reports.
Information sheets for monthly billing.
