Provides supervision to second Executive Assistant.
Core Responsibilities Provides administrative assistance and clerical support to the CEO, CFO, and governing board.
Records, transcribes, and distributes minutes for board and board committee meetings; coordinates all board functions.
Records, transcribes and distributes minutes of other leadership or committee meetings as assigned.
Prepares and distributes meeting notices and other board related correspondence.
Coordinates all board related functions.
Coordinates administrative and board travel.
Maintains administrative files, using multiple formats.
Maintains the daily schedule for the CEO.
Ensures leaders are kept informed of changes.
Provides clerical support to CEO, CFO, and board members.
Provide support to Admin team.
Complete payroll for CEO.
Provide clerical support as needed.
Provide Support to CEO regarding Medical Staff Services.
Record minutes for medical staff meetings.
Communicate with medical staff as assigned.
Coordinate medical staff schedules.
Communication.
Assists in the drafting of all staff communications.
Prepares documents and provides document control.
Prepares presentations.
Assist with marketing and graphic design projects.
Finance.
Assists finance team in gathering, preparing, and submitting information needed for audits, cost reports, 990 reports, finance documents, and other reports and processes.
Copies and distributes audit and cost reports for administrative department.
t Supply ordering for administration and board.
Tracks expenses and prepares reconciliations.
Managerial duties for second Executive Assistant.
Delegate tasks to second EA as needed.
Complete payroll for second EA.
Complete annual evaluation for second EA.
Provide leadership including training, disciplinary action, etc.

Qualifications for position including certifications.
Required:
High School Diploma or GED.
1 year of college courses.
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
(Examples include Human Resources, Business Education, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Communication, and Business Management).
5 years of experience working with executive or senior leadership roles.
2 years of experience effectively leading others or managing a team.
Knowledge of Healthcare to include general finance, clinical areas and jargon, and regulatory compliance.
Experience with event planning and coordination, surveys, and CAPS.
Skill Requirements Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Accuracy in word processing and data entry.
Proficient in coordinating and managing on-line meeting formats.
Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to deal with frequent change, delay and unexpected events.
Ability to prioritize work and manage competing priorities.
Experience with multi-line telephone and multiple communication platforms such as email, text, and instant messaging.
Strong attention to detail, critical reasoning, problem solving, and time management.
Ability to learn new equipment or software and orient others how to effectively use it.
Stewardship in MVV.
Efficiently use and assist others with android and apple product platforms.
